Retailer Compliance Certification

By executing this agreement, Retailer certifies and agrees to the following, choosing either option A, B or C and uploading/ signing required documents for A, B or C:

Option A: Existing Hemp License - Upload Licsense

Retailer represents and warrants that it currently possesses a valid and active license to sell hemp and hemp-derived products within the applicable jurisdiction(s).

Retailer agrees to provide a true and accurate copy of said license to upon execution of this agreement, and will promptly update regarding any modification, expiration, or revocation of this license.

Option B: Existing Hemp License - Email License

Retailer represents and warrants that it currently possesses a valid and active license to sell hemp and hemp-derived products within the applicable jurisdiction(s), but not on me at time of basic account registration.

Retailer agrees to provide a true and accurate copy of said license to upon execution of this agreement, and will promptly update regarding any modification, expiration, or revocation of this license. Retailer represents and warrants that it will email a copy of license in PDF, or high resolution graphic, to Sales Rep or LIFT MOCKTAILS, LLC within 15 days, and to provide below their Liquor License in the meantime as a second form of identity for the account.

Option C: Hemp License Pending

Retailer assumes full and complete responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable hemp laws and regulations.
Retailer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LIFT MOCKTAILS, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to Retailer’s sale of hemp products or Retailer’s failure to obtain or maintain the required licenses.

Retailer acknowledges that it is currently in the process of obtaining a valid retail hemp license within the applicable jurisdiction(s) and agrees to diligently pursue licensure and remain compliant with all relevant regulations.
