OUI Beverages, LLC (“LIFT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates ouibeverages.com (the “Site”). We respect your privacy and are committed to explaining how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes our practices for the Site, our online stores, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Who we are. OUI Beverages, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. OUI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Maverick Brands, LLC (“Maverick”). For privacy purposes, OUI is the entity responsible for your information (“controller”). We may share information with Maverick and other OUI/Maverick affiliates as described below.
1) Eligibility & Audience
Our products and Services are intended only for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 21. If you believe a person under 21 has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@ouibeverages.com so we can delete it.

11) Third-Party Links & Services
Our Services may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
12) International Users
We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. where laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the effective date. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
